The name Arcádia is a part of the history of our city, and those who know that can't ignore it. Why? Because its homemade chocolates are considered the world's best for many people.

The story goes back to 1933 and it has remained to the present day as a reference. One of the Arcádia's stores is in Boavista, one of the busiest areas in town. The shop window filled with bonbons lures anyone who passes by.

The chocolate recepies remain the same since 1933 and according to Arcádia, the secret is in the amazing quality of the products they use. However, the brand has been innovating and creating new kinds of chocolates, some with Oporto wine and whisky.

If you see Arcádia during a walk by Avenida da Boavista don't hold back, go in, it's worth it to taste some candies or even the hot chocolate that has been delighting whoever comes by.
